All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours following receipt of full and cleared payment to our account. Whilst we always aim to ship all orders within 48 hours, this is not guaranteed, as there will always be external circumstances that we cannot control. Any significant delay will always be notified by email as soon as possible.

Packaging for all orders is a discreet padded white envelope or small box that shows only the recipients name and address, our return address and required postage marks.

UK orders are handled and delivered to final destination by Royal Mail.

International orders are initially handled by Royal Mail but will be passed to other mail providers after leaving the UK.

UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Post.

Minimum UK shipping cost is £1.25 GBP.
International orders are shipped by Royal Mail Small Packet or Large Letter Airmail Service.

Minimum International shipping cost is £3.95 GBP.

None of these services have any tracking facilities. Tracked courier delivery services may be available by special request and at prepaid additional cost, depending on destination. Contact us for more information.

Delivery forecasts are about two days for UK deliveries, about five days for EU deliveries and seven to ten days for most other international destinations. These are only estimates based on previous delivery feedback and should only be used as a rough guide. Please allow 10 days for UK mail and 28 days for international mail before contacting us to report non-delivery.

Please be aware that although we control when and how your order is shipped, once we pass it to Royal Mail we no longer have any control whatsoever over its movement and subsequent delivery time.

Shipping Address

All packages are shipped with the delivery name and address supplied when orders are placed. This can be different from the account address if required. If any additional information is required to facilitate specific local delivery arrangements, please ensure that it is supplied to us at the time of ordering to ensure that it is included with the shipping label.

In all instances of non-delivery, we reserve the sole right to determine the most appropriate resolution.

Customs & Duty

All buyers outside of the UK accept all responsibilities at all times for any and all customs and import related issues and are strongly advised to make themselves aware of their domestic customs and import rules prior to ordering products from this site. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or shortage due to impounding of goods by customs or other authorities nor for any additional charges levied by those authorities.

For international non-UK buyers, our site provides a convenient generic currency converter which offers an illustration of the latest rates for some of the most common currencies. This is only for personal reference as those rates will always vary with different payment platforms such as Paypal and international banks who have their own specific exchange rates. Although prices may appear in your chosen currency during checkout, all final actual payments to us for all online transactions are always in GBP at the GBP prices and shipping charges shown throughout this site. Irrespective of any foreign currency exchange rate that may be shown at any time during checkout, you will only ever pay our stated GBP prices.
